Our lots measure 25 x 50 and each has a cement patio and asphalt parking area, the streets are paved and curbed. Each lot is equipped for individual phone installation and 30 & 50 amp electric Service. We have seperate laundry and shower facilities. There are no additional charges for water, garbage pick-up or WiFi Service.

Rental Units are owned by individuals and are typically available for 3 months or more and rates are charged  according to type of unit and length of stay.  All golf fees, electricity, and other utilities are the responsibility of the renter unless prearranged with owners.
