MEMBERSHIP
FULL SEASON GOLF FEE:
Individuals: $200 per season
MONTHLY GOLF FEE:
$100/PERSON
WEEKLY:
$45 PER PERSON

$15 PER PERSON
PAYMENT: Payment in full is required upon arrival.
RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS & REFUNDS: A deposit of $250 is required to reserve a space.
RESERVATIONS CANCELLED AFTER OCTOBER 1ST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
NO REFUNDS after arrival. NO CREDITS for early departure.
ELECTRIC FEES: Meters will be read upon arrival and departure as well as Monthly. Payment is due upon receipt of bill. Rates per kwh is based on prevailing rate per Attorney General’s Office ruling.
PETS: Must be on a leash. Owner must clean up after pets. Loud barking or vicious behavior will not be tolerated.
RATES: Add $2 per day for each additional person over two in each unit.
WATER & GARBAGE PICK UP: Available at NO extra charge.
WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE (Limited)-NO Charge.
ALL TENANTS AND HOUSE-GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL.
